Familycation Festival is being planned with child safety as a core requirement. Wristband or identification arrangements, supervision expectations, staff training, and reporting routes will be documented and published before any event.
A written lost child procedure will be published in advance, together with the location of information points, the staff responsible, and what families should do first. Nothing about this procedure is confirmed yet.
Clearly signed meeting points will be marked on the site map so families can agree a reunion spot before entering. Locations will be published with the site map.
First aid and welfare provision, opening hours, and locations will be confirmed and published before the event, along with how to reach staff quickly.
Pre-event information will include maps, facility details, terrain descriptions, distances, and guidance for families arriving with young children.
