Information we intend to collect

When waitlist and contact forms are connected to a real system, we intend to collect only what is needed to send updates and answer enquiries: name, email address, region, family size, age ranges, and interests.

Current status of forms

The forms on this website are not yet connected to a backend. Submitting them does not store or transmit your details anywhere.

How information would be used

Festival announcements, program news, family service information, and responses to enquiries. We do not intend to sell personal data.

Children's data

We intend to collect information about children only in aggregate form, such as the number of children and their age ranges, provided by a parent or caregiver.

Your choices

Every email will include an unsubscribe link once mailings begin. You will be able to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your details.

Contact

Privacy questions can be sent to the festival team and will be answered by a person, not an automated system.
