This is placeholder wording published while Familycation Festival is in development. The final policy will be reviewed and published before any event takes place, and before any tickets are offered.
Family privacy
Any future official photography will be planned with family privacy in mind, including clear signage, identifiable photography areas, and a straightforward way to ask that an image not be used.
Children in images
We intend to require explicit permission from a parent or caregiver before any recognisable image of a child is used in marketing material.
Visitor photography
Personal photography for private use will be welcome. Guidance on filming, drones, and professional equipment will be published before any event.
Press and media
Accreditation, filming rules, and interview arrangements will be published alongside the first event announcement.
Requests
Requests to remove or not use an image will be handled by the festival team once an event takes place.
